Six Reasons Why The Vampire Diaries  is Better

1. The Vampire Diaries vampire can use a ring in order to walk in the sunlight. Even though it seems a little convenient that they have rings not all vampires have them. This makes it a little more interesting than just "I can't walk in the sunlight" like the Twilight vampires.

2.While Twilight vampires "sparkle like a diamond"  TVD vampires burn.Really does it make more sense for them to burn or sparkle? I would think burn.Sparkling makes them less intimidating. I mean they sparkle like a diamond and a diamond is a beautiful non-intimidating thing.Burning still keeps the danger

3. Twilight vampires can not eat any type of regular food. TVD vampires can eat some regular food as long as they keep some blood in their system. This is more convenient because they can pretend to be human a lot better.

4.In twilight you become a vampire by  getting bitten but not getting killed only if the vampire is willing to stop sucking the blood out. In the vampire diaries you have to die with vampire blood in your system. Its harder to become a vampire on TVD but it also makes it a lot more interesting.

5.The way they get angry on TVD is more interesting. They get red around the eyes and they growl a little bit. On twilight the vampires get red yes and they growl. NOW REALLY WHO'S MORE INTIMIDATING!!!!!!

6.On TVD they can only get killed if they get staked but in an original vampires case only with a certain type of wood from on tree. Twilight vampires die only if they get ripped into pieces and burnt.The staking is more interesting because its more difficult to kill them.
